What email address for contacting Plusnet?

Hi I'm moving house and among the mountain of information I need to supply to my buyers is contact information for my Broadband provider (Form TA11) including phone number, email address etc. I have found address and phone number but can't find an email address as all I can find is the internal mechanism for Plusnet users to use. Please can anyone tell me what email address I should put down?

Hi there,
I'm not sure why you'd need this, unless you're leaving the connection active for the new tenants/owners? Are you not moving the connection with you when you go?
Nevertheless, the best address to put down is reception@plus.net

I'm not sure why I need it either! I am taking my Plusnet account with me to my new address but the form I am filling in (something to do with HIPS) asks for all the details of phone, electricity, water, gas companies etc and that includes my Broadband supplier. I have no idea why it's needed but I have to fill it in. Thanks for your help.
