What does this mean?

"There are no left in jumpers available on this line. This line is on a Market A Exchange."
What does this mean in normal everyday English?
What are "no left in jumpers"?

Re: What does this mean?

No jumpers has nothing to do with warm woolly clothing! Funny

Jumpers are the wires which connect a subscriber line to a FTTC connection in the green cabinets.  These are not present / needed for ADSL services.

Market A is an Ofcom service pricing group.  It is more expensive than Market B areas which are serviced by 2-3 LLU providers as well as BT Wholesale.
