What does this mean?

I just logged into my account to check for updates to my orders, and had a message saying the following:
A worklist item has been returned by the BT SPG
Notification type: Rejection Notification
Action status: Awaiting SP for Rejection Acknowledgement
Product type: Wholesale Access Residential Single Line
Process type: New Provision
Appointments
First preference: 01/04/2010 at am
Alternative preference: 06/04/2010 at am
Alternative preference: 07/04/2010 at am

Does anybody know what it means?
Cheers.

Re: What does this mean?

I'm only guessing but It maybe means that if you are getting a new phone line through PN that these dates are appointments when an Openreach Engineer wants you to be at home when they fit the line and maybe a new master socket inside your premises if you need one.
A member of the PN Staff should be able to throw some light on the matter on Monday morning.

Re: What does this mean?

Thankyou Mand.
I did phone on Saturday, and spoke to a lovely guy, who initialy wanted to charge me £50, but after I stated that plusnet had already accepted my order with no charge, and that I had a working phoneline in my house, that accepts incoming calls, I dont need anybody to come to my home.
All I need is my line switching from Tiscali to Plusnet.
He suggested I phone Tiscali to make sure they didnt have a stop order on the line, which I did.
Tiscali have said they dont have a stop order on the line.
