What does this mean?

Can't see any suitable board to ask this apart from here
What does the symbol next to the topic "Colours are terrible" mean? It appears to be an open folder with three red exclamation marks.
This doesn't resemble anything in the key at the bottom of the forum pages and I can't find any explanation in the Help section, so I'm wondering exactly what it means. That topic is the only one I have replied to but I've read it all so far so it can't be anything alerting me to new replies.
Any ideas, anyone?

I had wondered if it meant 'very hot topic' but as there are several posts with the red folder as shown in the key, I had discounted that one.
PS Quick edit doesn't seem to be working in Firefox 2.0.0.6
