I have just looked at my questions and found this
Service Notification
8:16pm, Monday 21 Jul 2014
An update report has been received for this account.
The broadband service is now being transferred to the 21C Network.
The transfer will complete by midnight on 24/07/2014.
I thought that I was already on 21CN or is this different? Something like this changed a few years and my speed increased from about 5 Mbps to 12 Mbps.

Hi Salmo,
It appears that your line has had interleaving removed and it's generated this notification on your account.
The message going to you isn't relevant to that, I'll see if this can be changed or tweaked.

Thanks Chris
Is there any reason why interleaving has been removed? I didn't ask for it. My line is reasonably stable at the moment and I don't want to lose any stability. I don't play any online games so latency is not an issue.

It's most likely that DLM has done this as it feels that it can run without any problems with Interleaving. It doesn't generally stay on if it doesn't need to.

Hope you don't mind me jumping in here, but doesn't seem worthy of its own thread.
I also noticed I had this earlier this morning, mentions it will be finished by the 30th, however I am getting Fibre installed on the 29th, is it something to do with this?
Thanks!

Hi Mark,
The notification you have received is due to the fibre order, the current completion on the notification is your install date plus 1 day; so it's nothing to worry about from your point of view.
