Hi,
So my broadband has gone down and i have raised a ticket and this is where it has got to
The Question 85043201 has been released from hold and sent back to CSC - DSL Faults ADSL2 - Intermittent
what does that mean , do i have a fault, do plusnet have a fualt , does BT have a fualt ?
hoping someone can help

Hi there,
That particular message just means we've placed the ticket on hold (we usually do this when we're waiting for a specific date or period of time to pass for some reason)
Now the ticket has come off hold that flags it to our faults team who would work through such tickets in order. However I've just had a look myself for you and can see there's a need to arrange an engineer visit now.

If that's a TP-LINK TD-W8980, are you connecting it to an external modem? If not, your settings don't look right. You should be using the pppoa_0_38_0_d connection.
See attached - I've deleted the Bridge mode connection from mine.
