BT van fell in a ditch, and has rescheduled for tomorrow but doubt if they will come.We live in the country and the roads are bad with snow.

Just letting you know that the BT engineer has called from the exchange and there IS a fault on my line but her cannot get here to investigate it further iuntil the weather conditions improve.Another appointment will be rescheduled.
