Well ticked off

Despite many contacts and engineers visits and a final result of a desultory speed of 1.9Mbps, speed has in the last week more than halved to 0.7!  Coincidentally Openreach have been in the area twice recently.
It would be nice if my speed could be returned to its higher level. That of course depends on whether anyone gives a [Censored]!
