When I get my Plusnet Webmail messages how do I get tosee pictures and attachments Thank you

I think you just need to see your messages in HTML format.  If you click on 'Options' at the top of your Inbox, then 'Display preferences', under 'Message Display and Composition' you can tick 'Show HTML Version by Default'.

Thanks for that , but it says the image  removed for security reasons,and there is no top bar available to click to see it ??Coloured printing and displays are there

When I read emails using webmail there is a line at the bottom of the message headers that reads:

Quote

Options:  View Full Header |  View Printable Version  | Download this as a file | View Images | Spam | Not Spam

Clicking on "View Images" works for me.
