One minute it will go straight in, the next it either timesout or it takes approx 2-3 minutes to signin and display my webmail.
I have been seeing this for around the last 45 mins.

Then I discovered that if I used Firefox rather than IE I got through with no trouble at all.
Now the difference between the two browsers is that (here at work) IE goes through a MessageLabs proxy (to save us from anything nasty on the net) whereas Firefox doesn't.

I wounder if it is external connectivity, ie Outside PlusNet network.
Some times still go straight through and no problems, then it goes slow, or when Squirrell Mail goes to check for more mail each x minutes, it times out on this on a couple of occaions now.

We've run a check on the loadbalancers and only 2 of the 4 servers (webmail01 & 02) are currently in service. We've not found anything to suggest a problem but have enabled a third server to see if that improves things.
