Webcamera failure.

Hi there,
On trying to access your Support Centre 1 web camera I was confronted with a blank screen with the advice I should click on Window and Activity. The following are the last few lines of the information which then appeared.

I am running an iMac computer with OS X Panther 10.3.9 installed. Can anyone throw any light on this failure as in the past I have had no trouble in accessing Plus Net's web cameras?
Regards,
Davidhil

I am getting the message:

The AXIS ActiveX Camera Control, which enables you to view live image streams in Microsoft Internet Explorer, could not be registered on your computer.
