Want some Info..

Hello. ive been speakin to many staff members through the support ticket system and it has helped alot i get most of my questions answered but when they put a BOT on the line they never reply so im going to explain on here Tongue
Basically ive ordered Option 3 + router through the support tickets its a long story and what i want to know is can i get a link to look at my order progression if i havent placed it through the normal order procedure or will it just be monitored all the time? i woukld rather see what is happening so that i can alert staff if there is a stoppage in my order.
P.s if you take a look at my support tickets you wil understand.

I'll make sure that happens tomorrow for you - it should just need the install diary activating from our side of things, and then it should display the status in your member centre. I'll post back here tomorrow morning when it's sorted.

I've set the install diary up now so you should be able to see the order progress via the portal.
