Waiting 3 weeks and still no broadband or router

orderd internet 25 sept still no active phone line no router its been more then 10 working days

They're normally sent 48 hours before an activation date but I've manually pushed this through now so you'll receive it within the next few days in time for your activation on the 22nd.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.

another question why have I been assigned a new number what happened to my original ?

Unfortunately as your line was ceased and the rangeholder of your number belongs to Sky UK, it's difficult to get it imported to the BT network when it's no longer active so we've had to assign a new number to the order to get your services up and running as quickly as possible.

Once your phone service goes live we can email our suppliers migration team to contact the rangeholder to try to import it.

oh thats a shame as ive had that same number since I was with virgin before sky and no I need notify all sources whos got old number
