WIFI Connection problem - Thompson 585 router

Hi, I'm new to this site and to Plusnet. I am having problems with any WIFI connections either to my Laptop or my iPhone. I have a Thomson TG585 router. Am I to understand that this is a well known problem?

Hi alan99,
It's difficult to diagnose via this medium without lots of questions back and forth. I would recommend having your system up and running and calling our technical support team (there are no calls queuing right now) who will be able to help you troubleshoot this directly.
