WBC ADSL2+ available or not???

Having recently been bitterly disappointed at not being able to take advantage of the fibre now available in our village, I've been gloomily checking the BT ADSL Checker every so often to see if there's any hope of getting anything other than ADSLMax.  Then all of a sudden the Checker suddenly announced that WBC ADSL 2+ is available on my line (see attachment), potentially offering a massive 1Mbps (well, massive to me anyway!).  However, Plusnet, Samknows etc. say hard luck it isn't.  Anybody got any idea what might be going on here???
