WAN - to - LAN

I have today connected my FTTC using the TG582n router with the BT modem.  Previously I used an ZyXel 661 gateway without problems.
However I have added all my webcams with port-forwarding as directed but I cannot access my system externally. My mobile drops a search using port 80 with timeout.  Using other ports it says 'illegal' so the port setting appears not to be Firewall authorised. Pinging my address works but no web access.  Incidentally the DHCP Pool range is outside the ascribed camera addresses; this may not be related but 'strange'.
Can anyone hazard a guess as to where to look?  The Firewall is on the median setting and disabling it does not help. Someone, please address http://80.229.172.170 for me

Also the Firewall recognises LAN-to-LAN authorisation but no entry shown for WAN to LAN.  (??)

Try a port scanning web site, and see if your ports are open, if they aren't then the port forwarding isn't. (http://canyouseeme.org is one)

What is the LAN IP range the cameras are using?
Port Forward works better on these routers if the devices (cameras) get their IP address via DHCP. Do the cameras have a setting to "Automatically obtain a IP address"? If so, I suggest you use that setting and in the router use "always use the same IP address" for each camera.
You will need each camera to use a different port and in the router forward the correct port to each cameras IP address.
