Dev - I have a feeling the 1800HG isn't ADSL2+ compatible, we can send you a Thomson 585v7 if you like, we've done that with a couple of others who said they were happy to commit to a further 12 months.

Dave, can you send me the new router and sign me up.  I'm willing to commit for 12 months. Do I have to raise a ticket?

Actually scrub that, my modem the Netgear DG834G V2 does not appear to support ADSL2  Sad

Re: Volunteer Thread (Exchange enabled now or up to 31/03/2009)

Dev - router on the way and ticket raised to start the order process
aous, soft360lap1, StevenP - orders will be going in shortly, I've created tickets to get them started.
home99 - some of the DG834 series do, although I think it depends on the firmware, may be worthing checking the Netgear site to see if there's a firmware available that does. My mum has one of those (I forget which now) and that supports ADSL2+ I'm sure.
I'll pick up the February exchanges towards the end of next month.

Re: Volunteer Thread (Exchange enabled now or up to 31/03/2009)

Even the original DG834 (v1) supports ADSL2+ - the latest firmware for this includes:

The ADSL driver has been updated to improve ADSL2+ interoperability.

So I'd suggest making sure you are on the latest version.

Hmm. odd, I was sure I had a community account before. Nevermind.

Please put me on the list as a trial candidate if there's still room!
