After waiting in support queue for over 60mins I noticed how horrendous the VoIP quality was while using skype. So distorted at times.
Is this Skype or a reflection of my connection quality?

Don't know what to say really. The last test I did gave me 2% consistency of service. Spend the best part of 5 hours to just be told I need to plug my computer into the modem and then call back and wait 60mins again or how ever many time I get cut off and have to ring back, wow.

Not sure how accurate those tests are - I've just had a result of 11% consistency of service and I've never had an issue with my connection.
