Heads up that we're seeing problems with email on our outbound mail platform that's destined for BlueYonder/Virgin's mail servers. It's queueing up because their servers are returning [tt]421 Too many concurrent SMTP connections[/tt] errors. Seems that this is happening no matter where I try to connect from (both on and off our network):

Can't see anything here, but thought I'd pay mention to it nonetheless in case anybody starts seeing problems sending to Virgin/BlueYonder customers. Edit: Have dropped Virgin a tweet too.
