Hi,
What exactly is included in the 'web' section , the reason I ask is, for the last good few months I've been getting very near my limit, currently it is sitting at 11GB peak/23GB off peak but  can't understand why most months ,95% of this is in the 'web' category, just browsing?? is this normal ? OK I have a couple of kids that use it as well, but I could understand it more if it was spread across,streaming,gaming,P2P etc is it normal to see 30GB+ in the web category for a month?
btw my wireless router/modem is secure and only allows known mac addresses.

It could be other stuff being identified as web, 30GB is certainly a lot for purely browsing use.

FWIW, I think I've had some streaming identified as browsing -- especially if I've accessed utube etc indirectly through facebook or whatever. Using facebook, with a lot of photos, videos, etc, must be very heavy on browsing?  Blame the kids
