View my broadband usage ANY ADMIN HERE

A couple of days ago I migrated across from Waitrose broadband to Plusnet, as you know you deal with Waitrose as well and this problem never occured there but for some reason if I try and view my usage  get the error message
You don't have any usage data to show right now.
This might be because your account is new, or your usage has been reset for a new billing month.
It can take up to 2 hours for your usage to show up - please check again later.
having been connected well over 2 hours closer to 24 I was wondering if this could be looked at

Hi mkc66,
I have passed this over to to be looked into for you. Your usage is being calculated on our back end system but not populating in VMBU.

I was just wondering if it is going to be sorted , just checked and still cant view usage
