Very slow uploads even after being 'uncapped'

Hello!
My download speed is OK (even though it has seemed to drop last few days), but my uploads speed is only 0.3 Mbps at best, I asked for the line to be uncapped and have a sync rate of 1072. I am expecting it to be more near 1 Mbps.
My Asus N55U router stats are below. Can you please have a look at this as uploading photos takes an age.

Agreed, you should be seeing better speeds. I've checked the order we placed for this at the end of last month and can't see any issues there. Diagnostic tests show a sync speed on the upstream of 1072kbps too.
Assuming that the speeds below were recorder when connected via ethernet rather than wireless (please try that if it was over WiFi) then I'd advise raising a fault: http://faults.plus.net
