Very slow upload speed

Recently moved house, a new line was installed by Openreach on the second attempt (they ended up having to fix an underground cable) 13 days ago. Since then the download speeds have varied between 1 and 11Mbps, but usually around 9 or 10. The problem is the upload speed, which varies between zero and 0.05Mbps. So obviously something is seriously wrong.
I'm using the same equipment as I used at my previous address, apart from a new rj11 cable. The router is plugged directly into the master socket. A quiet line test reveals no noise. The numbers I'm posting below don't mean much to me but perhaps someone can make some sense of it, I'd be grateful.

Re: Very slow upload speed

Looking at the line it's likely to need an engineers appointment, can you run through the faults checker at https://faults.plus.net so we can get that tested and raised.
