Very slow speeds and connection cutting out.

Over the past couple of days my unlimited broadband connection has been extremely slow as well as the connection cutting out throughout the day, I've done the usual checks that are normally requested by phone support, but I'm still having issues.

BT Wholesale Performance Test:
Download Speed (Mbps): 0.24
Upload Speed (Mbps): 0.36
Ping Latency(ms): 40.00

Hi there and sorry to hear about the issue.
Line tests and diagnostics I've run don't show me a n obvious cause for this so please report this with us over at http://faults.plus.net
As you've already done the basic checks it should only take 2 minutes to do.

I've sent the information, but haven't received a response yet, do you think an SNR reset could help?

Not really, my logic there is that as the SNR is so high at the moment we really need to deal with the underlying issue first and worry about that afterwards. Doing that the other way around would be a "band-aid" approach at best really.
