Very slow speed

It seems this is just one of many recent posts about very slow broadband speeds. In the last couple of weeks I'm seeing a speed of not much more than 120kbps! Have an open ticket on this one - like others I can never run tests on the BT speedtest site - always too busy. Try the thinkbroadband.com one - much better.
I would now be very frustrated by this if it wasn't for moving house on Friday, so I can't really be bothered. I am starting to wonder whether it was a good idea to transfer PlusNet broadband to my new house though - let's hope the speed is better there....

it is bizarre.
when did you notice the speed drop?
mine started on the 19th of november.

Hi Royza,
I'm afraid that I'm unable to see what would be the root cause of your problem, however, in a strange way, moving house may be a solution!
I'll be more than happy to run some further checks once you are connected to the internet (you're currently showing as being offline).

Have got another post open (awaiting for me to do the plus net fault check tonight)
yep something strange is going on.
wonder if plus net can reset profiles?
well have another router borrowed from work just in case.
