Very slow internet

Hi, I've been with plusnet for several years, and I've always had a pretty good service. But for the past couple of days, it's got very slow. Impossible to watch iplayer for example and even loading a webpage can take a long time.

There aren't actually dropouts. It's just slow.

I have tried rebooting the router a couple of times. There are no new devices or anything on the network.

On an online speed checker I was getting ping 28ms, download speed 1.88Mbps, upload 0.55Mbps

I'm sorry to hear that you've been having issues with your speeds.

We've tested your line and we can't see any cause for this.

Can you try a direct wired connection to the router and advise what speeds you see via that method?
