Thank you for providing such a prompt response. I would like to assure you we are doing everything possible to address the problem you are experiencing. In order to confirm the fault is not with your internal wiring or equipment it is mandatory for the basic checks to be completed. On reviewing your account I would like to confirm a fault has been raised with our suppliers but we need confirmation that the basic checks have been completed.
