Switched to Plusnet in mid Feb this year, had had the same usual speed as previous provider for a month, and then having really slow internet speed from April.
Tried to do the speed test but it seems we cannot get any wired connection for some reason (tested two different ethernet cables).
Done the broadband troubleshooter thing on Plusnet website and it seems OK apart from being very very slow.
It is so slow that it feels like dial up used to be faster than this.
Any help would be appreciated!
