nope its broke at the minute so ive just jumped onto the chromebook

@Smoggydan To save time and effort, do the phone test - if that fails, report a PHONE fault via: https://www.plus.net/help/report-a-problem/phone/

If it passes, report a BROADBAND problem via: https://www.plus.net/help/report-a-problem/broadband/

From the limited data you have given so far, it is obvious there is a fault somewhere, most likely within the BT/OR network, which will need investigating.
