Very slow Broadband speed

Hi,
This has only just started today; I'm supposed to be getting ~11Mb down, but right now it's at ~0.4Mb. Was working fine yesterday. Ping is slightly higher than usual but it has been known to spike a bit.
Unsure what's up, any help appreciated.

Hi there
I've had a quick look over your connection and there was incorrect profile on our end
That's been increased to match the BT profile and your speeds should be better within the next 15 to 30 minutes.

That identifies the problem
The Plusnet profile needs updating - edit I see Matthew has picked that up
You could also request that the upload speed is uncapped
Either wait for it to be picked up here or raise a ticket https://www.plus.net/wizard/?p=wizard&page=22883&wizard_id=38
Note that you may need to disconnect then connect using the router interface if the automatic system doesn't do it for you - this isn't a resync
