Very poor customer service

Every time I have tried to phone plus net to find out why my bills have increased by £10/mth I cannot get through. Literally tried 10 times and up to 30 mins. Not getting better and unacceptable. Don’t deserve any customer care awards

Has your contract come to the end of your minimum term discounted price and reverted now to full price?  Your sign-up email will have advised you of the relevant dates.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
