Very laggy slow internet (again) tonight

Once again tonight at peak times my internet connection is very laggy and wont even stream Apple TV or YouTube properly.
I *SUPPOSED* to be on Pro but once again it looks like I'm actually not.  Can someone please make sure I'm getting what I'm actually supposed to be paying for please.
Getting very fed up of PN and their poor service at the moment.  I know I'm only a monthly contract customer so don't really favor very highly within PN but I have been a monthly contract customer now for nearly 7 years so that should count for something.

I've checked your line, your exchange and your profile with us and can't see anything untoward. Have a look here to see what else you can check before raising a fault.
