Very frequent DSL is Down messages

Having just transferred from another BT Wholesale provider with no issues, I've had nearly a week of solid, reliable connectivity, but a few days ago, the internet connection drops out very frequently, every 10 / 20 seconds or so.  I've done the usual debugging, microfilters, adsl cable change, master socket and none of this makes any difference.  It was fine over the weekend, 2 disconnects, but since then, its gone crazy mad.  Line tests through support team show no faults, I cant see anything in terms of logs from the F2704N router, but see people on here have had a similar issue both with Broadband (as in my case) and Fibre.

I'd be interested in knowing if anyone could point me in the right direction of something to try as its pretty much useless at the minute.  I've an engineer booked in november, but no internet between now and then will be incredibly painful!  I've tried just running the wifi, no ethernet connections and direct into the master socket and I'm currently connected for 16 mins (I've had several disconnects making this post!)

Re: Very frequent DSL is Down messages

Intermittent connections can be caused by a wide range of factors, so a solution from one person is very unlikely to be the same for another.

Have you been through the troubleshooting and reported a fault using the links Adam provided on a different thread you've responded on?

Re: Very frequent DSL is Down messages

Yeah, done all those and more. Tried disabling wifi, changing speeds, isolating devices, with no luck. It's going nuts today averaging about 2 mins of uptime at a time.

Got another modem today so will try that as I wonder if it's a dodgy unit or setting, even though I've factory reset a few times.

Tried another modem but having the same issue. Log files seem to point to some odd items that I'm not sure of at all..
