Can you post the latest stats, you've obviously had a sync drop at some point, but maybe not!
Edit: I wonder of Matt could post the Vis Radius. I see pcl-ag02 that you were on appeared to drop last night during the maintenance window. Anyway the stats will help.

We'll carry out further testing on your line and update your ticket shortly.
Your line did have a few bad stints of disconnections although it already looks better.
