Hi Plusnet. I have been having very slow speed for the last week constantly. I have used the BT speed check and came back with 75kbps :o| which is very slow! I am unable to try another router to see if this is where the problem is lying. is there another way i can test if its the router? kind regards
Sorry I have not added the information about my thomson router as im using the internet at work, as its too slow to use at home right now. but Il try get the info tonight. Thanks
Hi Icdixon, Looking at latest BT Speedtest, you managed a throughput speed of 1.3mb out of a possible 1.5mb which would indicate the speed issue has sorted itself out. Can you confirm?. Thanks.
