Very Slow BB

Speed tests not looking good and slow speeds for last hour or so. Router reboot fixed it briefly. Service status looks ok. anything going on?

ok again now! Seems intermittent.

I'm not aware of any widespread issues, however please do let us know if you continue to experience problems. It's possible it may have just been a bit of a blip.

Back down again. BT speedtest = 3.94/0.15, Ping latency = 0.00 (seems odd)

down from the usual 13/1 ball park which it has been at solidly for months.

Router reboot doesn't seem to have sorted it.

Next test 13.91/0.72 - ping 39.25. These are a bit more like it but can't work out why the fluctuations. This is connected via LAN and I have ensured no other devices are doing anything on the network. 

might leave it and see if it settles.

Yes thanks. Fine last night and this morning. A pretty solid 13/1. Just had a short loss of internet though (30 seconds) but back up again and at 13/1. Will keep my eye on it and get back if there does seem to be any issue at my end. I'm just dreading a cable into house type problem that took loads of diagnostic work last time although the router connection stats look fine as does SNR
