Very High Ping! 2 Days in a row

I online game alot and twice when i've come home its been unplayable because of terribly highping. Download seems to be ok, Abit lower than what I usually get , done a few tracerts for you to see. Hope you can help! From speed test it seems to spike cause every1 test i do I get 38 ms then 150-300. Thanks for any Help

So I've just checked my usage, its coming really close to the available amount, the new month start tomorrow, could it be plusnet have reduced it till tomorrow?

Depending on your package, your speed will be rate limited.
However, you should have received a warning email that you were close to your limit.
