Various VPN issues

My VPN connection to work has been dropping a lot lately.
Today, there was a big outage around noon and several small ones after that.
During the big outage, both VPN and H323 phone to work stopped working. I have 2 more colleagues on plusnet and they experienced the same issues.
Colleagues that are not on plusnet didn't have any issues, meaning the issue is really on plusnet side.
The colleague that is on Bt suffered the issue around 12, but not the later ones.
I do have 2-3 drops on 2-3 days a week (some days it works great, and some days it is quite unstable).
Can somebody please help?

I can't see any problems at our side. Are you just seeing VPN drops or is the connection itself dropping?

I can't see any issues from here still.
Is there anything in particular that causes it to disconnect?

No, I have an active UDP VPN connection and remote desktop running over VPN.
I am not the only user experiencing this, there are several remote workers using the same VPN, only the ones on Plusnet are experiencing the issue.
