Variable Broadband Speeds and BTW Tests Show Upload Connection is 0.00 Help

Since 03:50 today my broadband speed has been shoddy. Conducted tests using BTW and each time it returns an Upload Speed of 0.00.

 

The first 4 BTW tests were over Wifi, the last at 11:30am was conducted using Ethernet connection, still Upload of 0.00

 

Any ideas?
