VP Issue

Tried reporting this via the portal but it threw an error. I'm seeing a bit of contention at peak hours and the exchange checker indicates Amber without an ETA from BT. Can you please investigate?  http://usertools.plus.net/exchanges/?exchange=Writtle&exact=2163&plugin=vp

I think you'll need to run three BT speed tests which show a result below the acceptable minimum for your line and then raise a speed fault starting from https://portal.plus.net/apps/kbdfaults
