VP Issue

Tried reporting this via the portal but it threw an error. I'm seeing a bit of contention at peak hours and the exchange checker indicates Amber without an ETA from BT. Can you please investigate?

I think you'll need to run three BT speed tests which show a result below the acceptable minimum for your line and then raise a speed fault starting from
