VMBU thinks it's Thursday

I've just checked my usage and I've spotted a cosmetic bug. Perhaps the Web developers would like to take a look at the snapshot below:

Re: VMBU thinks it's Thursday

I noticed on Wednesday the 23rd of January that Sunday the 27th was being displayed as Sunday the 23rd and I sent in a question.
Then on Thursday the 24th of January, Sunday was being displayed as Monday the 24th, again I sent a question.

Re: VMBU thinks it's Thursday

I noticed this before I went to bed after midnight and it's still the same now.
Stills shows as Thu 27th.

Re: VMBU thinks it's Thursday

Hi there,
I have this problem too. IIRC James raised an internal problem on it late last week so it's something we're aware of. As per the CSC response there shouldn't be any affect on your usage cycle/billing.

Re: VMBU thinks it's Thursday

We have a problem raised on this and it's with our developers for investigation, I've added the various account IDs from this post. It's also being discussed in the usergroup forums.

Re: VMBU thinks it's Thursday

Yep.  A referral of mine reported this to me today and it seems to be happening on my accounts too.
As this is affecting lots of people, perhaps the priority of the problem should be upped?  Might be an idea to put a note on the VMBU page saying it's broke but being worked on, or something?  Could potentially confuse a lot of people.

I've noticed it too and see it's not on the Priority Problems page either (or service Status, come to that).

Re: VMBU thinks it's Thursday

I have the same problem - Thursday 24, Friday 25, Sat 26, Thursday 27th
Perhaps the system has a different calendar to us with less days in week? Very odd

Re: VMBU thinks it's Thursday

It's getting weirder now.  As we moved into Monday it's now showing Fri 28 instead of Sun 27.
However it does have Mon 28 right for today.

Re: VMBU thinks it's Thursday

Hi guys,
Given the number of customers now affected I have upped the priority of this problem to a p1, and hopefully we'll have a fix shortly.
You can track the problem via the portal here.
