VMBU not updating 9/7

My VMBU isn't showing any usage for today, anyone else seeing this?

Today is showing all zeros for me too !   Crazy

Looking at the figures for yesterday, those look wrong too, as I used at least 800MB during peak time  Sad
but I'm not too bothered about it as I am now on 'Unlimited' !   Smiley

Looks like the problem started around 6pm yesterday, we've seen a load of usage files since then have been skipped. We're processing them now but it'll take several hours to catch up. We may also lose some of the earlier usage, but don't quote me on that Wink

Mine now looks about right for Monday 8th July.  Smiley
Tuesday 9th seems to have the overnight background trickle, but no daytime use recorded.  Sad
Today Wednesday 10th, isn't showing anything.  Crazy

I've found the usage chart hasn't been accurate for a while - there is a note in my tickets about it.
Mays total usage says 73Gb  Shocked I have never used any more than about 8.5Gb and my daily total showed the max usage for any one day never exceeded 400Mb.

The only issue we're aware of is the low usage showing on VMBU, not it over-recording. I'll get someone to take a look at yours separately.

Ditto for me. No big deal though, as I'm on unlimited anyway, but it's always nice to keep track!

It's catching up now - should be into today's usage by now, we expect it to finish catching up overnight tonight. Sorry about that guys.
