VMBU broken?

Is VMBU broken again or is it just my account showing no data used since Wednesday?

Usage seems to be listing fine on our end and we haven't got any issues ongoing.
Are you still having trouble with it?

I put in the VMBU feedback post my dads usage also stopped on Wednesday and has not started since

Can you pm me your dad's username so that I can investigate, and also, if possible, let me know the gateway to which he's connected? I'm raising this with our developers now but need as much info as possible.

I can PM it to you but I don't know his gateway and I can't get that info until Thursday. Before the engineer comes for fibre I will grab it for you and then let you know - and then also let you know if this changes after he's been put onto Fibre

It started showing usage again after doing a disconnect and reconnect.

I havent told my parents to do that I want to know which gateway they are on for you
