VMBU broken again?

Just noticed on checking my usage that the VMBU seems broken, again
Off peak usage seems to be displaying correctly, but the peak usage for the last 4 days is way under what I've actually used...

Just noticed that I've got this problem as well (again) - it seems to be going wrong every month at the moment.
Any update as to when it will be fixed?

although I'm on unlimited so its just an information issue for me, I haven't had an accurate VMBU for months,
having said that I don't use the plusnet router I don't know if that's the same for other people who are reporting a problem? but I remember some years ago that BT couldn't track usage accurately unless the HH was used .......

The router used won't make a difference, the traffic's measured as it goes across our network rather than monitored by your router.

Its working OK for me now, was just those 3 -  4 days that are missing usage. It doesn't matter to me too much as I'm on Unlimited, but like to be able to monitor usage anyway

My VBMU has been broken for months. Also unlimited but useful to see how much data the kids are chomping through...

I've had no daily usage recorded since Monday tho' it's recording the off peak usage

Mine has started recording off peak usage, albeit totally inaccurately, but still not showing any peak time usage.

My peak time usage is missing also,no worries as I'm on unlimited.

I've got some peak time usage showing now but it's under-reporting compared to the usage stats given by my router.
