Our breakdown this month is only showing Web, Streaming and Other. In particular, there's nothing under email or phone, which I'd expect. Has something changed?
Total volumes don't seem to be down, so perhaps it is traffic that is being re-classified, rather than just lost.
We changed package, from the old Fibre Extra to the new one. Would this make an impact?

Morning,
We were aware of some issues related to this which impacted customers on the ptn-ag03 gateway, which prompted the maintenance documented here. This work will not have caused it to be move to the correct area, only fix it going forwards.
As you are almost through your billing month, it will take a few days before you generate enough to start attributing to the correct areas.
