VMBU Gone wrong

This is what mine shows - is anyone else seeing it
Note that the month started on the 23rd Jan and I changed from BBYW2 to BBYW1 10GB (I am sure it was correct on the 24th when I last checked).
More to the point I didn't get anywhere near 21GB paid for last month

Re: VMBU Gone wrong

It looks like there was a glitch yesterday. I've got no overnight usage recorded for midnight on Friday to 08:00 on Saturday

Weird. I've just checked mine and VMBU appears to be totally up the creek Embarrassed
Last month's period ended on the 22/1/09 and I know last period was very quiet for me with something like 5G being used (I was away over Xmas for starters). However the historical figures show me as using 13.6G in total which is blatantly wrong Smiley
Also, I've no usage recorded at all since the new period started on 23/1/09. VMBU is showing all blank and zeros.
I've not changed product or anything during the last period either.

Bob

snap.
it was showing as 3.6gb for 24th free usage which was over 1 gb more than my bandwidth monitor on my pc running that night recorded and on checking usage today the usage for the 24th free period has reset its self.

Strange, just checked mine and it's showing usage for that period.

Re: VMBU Gone wrong

My VMBU has not shown any usage since 22 Jan. New period started 23Jan.  Also my usage for the last period ( in whioh my usage was lighter than usual) is showing at least 2Gb more than I used; this piled on in the last few days.

Hi guys,
I think I've noticed a similarity in your two accounts & I've raised problem 54939 to our development team to investigate.

I've the same problem as bobboulby - no usage showing for the 'free' period of Saturday the 24th.

Likewise. Would normally show ~ 60k, background voip registration traffic probably. No great deal but just thought it better to mention...

Re: VMBU Gone wrong

Yep, strange one.  Different to Jim & Bill though.
As it's free usage, I wouldn't worry about it too much.

Re: VMBU Gone wrong

@James,
I'm not particularly worried about it, as you say its free usage. Just thought it might be useful for you guys to get a fuller picture of the extent of any problems.
BTW just noticed that todays 'paid for' usage is still showing '0 KB'. Thats also a bit odd as there should be nearly 5 hours of voip background traffic by now...

Yes, definitely another glitch this morning. I'm pretty sure that my paid for and free usage is understated for today. Not an issue for me but I though you might want to know.
