VERY slow internet...

As far as I am aware, I am on the Unlimited package, and my house can recieve appox. 5mb..

I just did a speedtest.net and got this > http://www.speedtest.net/result/672465745.png
BUT my router says I am getting this > http://i48.tinypic.com/zvpvzs.jpg
Why is this? Or am I being a complete bob Sad The only things that are connected to the network is this pc, my Apple iTouch 8GB 3rd Gen and an Apple iPhone 3G 16GB
If you need any more information, I will try and provide you with as much as I can Smiley

Is that test via a wireless connection to the router or wired

Looking at the line reports you had a low sync with the exchange over the last couple of days, we can see one of the at around 1.00am yesterday morning where your router connected at 160k. This has caused your IP profile to drop down to 135.
As long as you stay connected at a higher speed for 3 days you should fine the profile increases and your speeds increase with it.

It's your router that needs to be on, not the computer.
