V. Important e-mail labelled [??probable spam]

I currently am emailing someone within "itsyourcommunity.co.uk"  an 02 organisation that support some community organisations. It is vital that I receive these emails. How do I go about making sure that they get through postini etc when they are labelled as suspect?

I'm not 100% sure I understand what you're asking. Are you asking how you can ensure email sent from you to itsyourcommunity.co.uk gets through? Or are you asking how you can ensure email from itsyourcommunity.co.uk to you gets through?
Are you able to send and receive emails ok to these addresses now?
Edit: re-read your post and it's now clear (I think). I'm assuming email you are receiving from the itsyourcommunity.co.uk contains the 'Spam 2' Postini header, is that right?
