Can't seem to log on to usenet anymore.
I'm connecting from a F9 account, can anyone tell me what the login details are?
The help pages say news.force9.net, but I get Error reported by Server 480 authentication required.

Seemed b0rked here too (I'm a PlusNet branded customer).  Nothing on the Support pages about usenet being down.

Well we didn't actually expect the Supernews -> Giganews transition to go smoothly did we?

Hi guys,
There's a Service Status out regarding this now, which you can see here.
We've contacted Giganews, and are awaiting their resolution.

Something's definitely amiss. I can connect fine from my machine at home but it fails if I try to use auth. From the office it's asking me to auth suggesting that it doesn't like the IP I'm on. This is happening from time to time if connecting via RIN too.
If it's any consolation our Madasafish news server has also encountered problems and that was already with Giganews!
