Sorry if this has been covered somewhere, I didnt know where to begin with a search!
Ok, Im on the Plusnet Value package where I get 10GB per month usage allowance and I'm aware that if I go over this my speed drops. I've added an extra £10 extra monthly spend using the Manage My Usage facility, but what i need to know is this:
If I go over my original 10GB allowance, even though I have £10 extra spend in place, does my speed drop?
I've never gone over the 10GB but predict this could be a busy month as I have more work on than usual...I need my speed not to drop! And i'm not interested in any other packages!
Thanks! PK.

No
Until you have used up your maximum monthly spend your speed isn't affected at all

I know you say you are not interested in any other packages but please remember that Extra (60GB allowance, or £50 worth of 5GB addons) is only £5 a month more than Value!

and you are allowed to change you package up or down once a month, So that if you think you are in for a busy month, lash out the £5 and drop it the following - but remember the changes only take place on your billing day
